Grace Communications Foundation – The Center for a Livable Future and Meatless Monday Campaign

Changing Tastes provides ongoing strategic advisory, research, and support services to the Grace Communication Foundation, the Center for a Livable Future, and its Meatless Monday Campaign. We work with and advise the Center for a Livable Future to inform and improve its work related to Meatless Monday including helping to clarify research needs, advise it on research design, provide industry contact lists and also help to identify and involve other foodservice operations and companies in its research, identify and develop partnerships with other academic institutions, reviewing its findings and reports, and find opportunities to publicize its research. This work supports Meatless Monday to further its visibility, reach and impact with a strong focus on the restaurant and foodservice industry and to also support the allied work of the Center for a Livable Future.
